These terms apply to venues, suppliers and experience providers ("partners") listed in the WISDM Black Book, operated by WISE The Agency (James Clinton, sole trader), 2 Munday Street, Manchester M4 7BG. By holding a listing or using the Partner Portal, you agree to the following.
1. The listing
Inclusion in the Black Book is at WISDM's discretion and does not create an agency, employment or joint-venture relationship. WISDM may amend the presentation of listings, and may suspend or remove a listing at any time. Partners may request removal at any time by emailing wisdm@wisetheagency.com.
2. Accuracy of information
Listing details — capacities, amenities, offers, price point and imagery — are published from information the partner provides. Please keep them current: if anything is out of date, email wisdm@wisetheagency.com and the team will update it. WISDM is not responsible for loss arising from information a partner has supplied or failed to correct.
3. Offers and member benefits
Any offer or member benefit published on your listing must be honoured for WISDM members for as long as it appears, subject to any conditions stated on the listing itself. Offers can be amended or withdrawn for the future at any time by notifying the concierge desk.
4. Word to the WISE moments
WOW partners are those who welcome the concierge's notes that help personalise a member's visit. These moments are encouraged but always discretionary — they are never guaranteed to members, and no liability arises from a moment not being delivered.
5. Bookings
WISDM acts as an introducer and concierge. The contract for any reservation, event or service is between the partner and the member (or their organisation) directly. Payment, cancellation and no-show policies are the partner's own and should be communicated to the member at the time of booking.
6. Member information & confidentiality
When WISDM places a booking or enquiry, we share the minimum details required — typically name, party size, date and dietary requirements. This information is confidential: use it only to fulfil the booking, do not add members to marketing lists, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Partners act as independent controllers of the data they receive and must comply with UK GDPR.
7. Portal access
Portal credentials are issued to a named contact, are personal to your organisation and must be kept secure. Receipts and files uploaded through the portal must relate only to genuine WISDM bookings. Tell us promptly if your named contact changes so access can be reissued.
8. Fees
A standard listing is free of charge. Promoted placement or featured positioning, where offered, is by separate written arrangement with WISE The Agency and payable on the terms agreed at the time.
9. Standards
WISDM curates the Black Book on quality and service. Repeated member complaints, failure to honour published offers, or misuse of member information may lead to suspension or removal of the listing and portal access.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, WISDM's total liability to a partner arising out of the listing or the portal is limited to £100. WISDM gives no guarantee of booking volume or member interest.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the portal after a change constitutes acceptance.
